Woozworld’s Next Superstar Has Returned!

You’ve been asking for it and it’s finally here!

Now is your chance to become Woozworld’s Next Superstar! Your Woozband have decided to bring back this musically talented competition but with TWISTS!

The Woozband have been inspired by the recent popularity of bands and the WNS, that they’ve decided to form their own band.  They’re calling themselves, The Woozband! They want you to do the same for WNS this year! That’s why this edition of WNS will be bands only! You must make a band in one of the following categories and have 1 – 4 other members in the band (2 people minimum including yourself and 5 people maximum).

How To Enter

Create a band and cover a song by an artist in the genre of your choice by creating a 12 picture photo reel (very similar to the Woozcarz which you can read here). You can see an example of Jenny covering You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift, here.

To submit your photo reel, go to the photo albumz you saved your WNS photos in. When you have 12 photos in your album, you will be able to submit your album by clicking on the WNS Submit Photo Reel button, as shown below:

This will open a pop-up window with a form for you to fill in.

** If you can’t find the Woozen’s name, add their name in the Band’s name.

Don’t forget, you can’t be part of multiple bands. If you are, you will only be part of the first submission we received and removed from the later ones.

Pop: Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, One Direction, LMFAO,  Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Adele, Ke$ha, Lana Del Ray, The Wanted, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Black Eyed Peas.

Rock: The Black Keys, fun., Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Linkin Park, Gotye, Maroon 5, Metric, Billy Talent, Hedley, The Killers, All-American Rejects, Arcade Fire, Simple Plan, Coldplay, Foo Fighters.

Hip-hop: Mindless Behavior, Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Kanye, Drake, B.o.B, Flo Rida, Eminem, Rihanna, Beyonce, Beastie Boys, Lil Wayne, Cee-lo Green, Chris Brown, Ne-yo, Snoop Dogg, Gym Class Heroes

Country/’Folk: Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Toby Keith, Mumford & Sons, Miranda Lambert, Shania Twain, John Mayer, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks.

BE CAREFUL, you can only choose one genre (unless you are VIP, you can enter all 4). and you can only be in ONE band.

Finalists

There will be 5 finalists for each genre (this means 20 bands will be finalists) selected by the Woozband.

We will put together the videos, upload them to YouTube and stream them on Friday June 22nd where voting will also start.

The winners will be announced at the WNS Grand Finale on June 29th, 2012!
